A major 6.8 magnitude earthquake hit SE of Ofunato, Japan, on May 12, 2015, at 21:12:58 UTC, at a depth of 39 km, reported Geoscience Australia.

7.4 GREAT EARTHQUAKE HITS NEPAL

A great 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit 80 km east of Kathmandu, Nepal, on May 12, 2015, at 07:05:20 UTC, at a depth of 14 km, reported Geoscience Australia.


At least 37 people have been confirmed dead, with 1,139 reportedly injured at this time.


This is the second great earthquake to hit Nepal in the last 17 days. A great 7.8 magnitude quake hit Nepal on April 25, 2015, killing 4,800 people. Two major 6.7 aftershocks also hit Nepal within that same time period.

Intermittent small explosions and ash emissions continue to occur from the Tungurahua volcano in Ecuador, reported volcano-news.com on Monday.

A seismic swarm of earthquakes (+3,000) occurred between April 10-16, but geologists report that a larger eruption expected in April appears less likely at this time.

The Word of God tells us that there will be signs in the earth during the last days,

“I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath, blood, fire and vapor of smoke” Acts 2:19.

The fire and vapor of smoke can allude to volcanic eruptions.

We already know that blood is flowing throughout the Middle East, as ISIS, the antichrist kingdom, slaughters Christians and non-Muslims throughout Syria, Iraq, Libya and Tunisia. John the Revelator wrote of the beheadings in Revelation 20:4.

KLYUCHEVSKOY (KAMCHATKA) VOLCANO ERUPTING

The Klyuchevskoy volcano at the Kamchatka Peninsula, Russia, has emitted strombolian-type explosions in the last week and ash emissions have reached approximately 20,000 ft (6 km). The volcano is reportedly increasing activity at this time.

OREGON VOLCANO ERUPTING

The seafloor has dropped nearly 8 feet (2.4 meters) at the Axial Seamount undersea volcano, located 300 (480 km) miles off the coast of Oregon.

Geologists have been watching the volcano and predicted that it would erupt this year.

Signs of magma have been spotted near the volcano’s vent and geologists believe it is erupting. The region has also experienced thousands (8,000+) of very low magnitude earthquakes, a sign of imminent eruption.
