Throughout the Word of God, man is very often compared to trees.
In the Old Testament, God warned His people repeatedly not to break the "covenant" He made with them:
"Keep therefore the words of this covenant and do them, that you may prosper in all that you do" Deuteronomy 29:9.
Since Christ came to the world and paid the ultimate sacrifice for all the sins of man, we have a "new covenant." Yes,
salvation is a free gift, Jesus, God's own Son, paid the price, so all
the more we need to honor Him and walk in faith, not return to the filth
and the mire God delivered us from.
Many people in the world
today trust that they can believe in Jesus, say a "sinner's prayer" and
all sins are covered, past, present and throughout the future, so they
just keep on sinning, and sinning and sinning some more. However, Jesus
died not only to cleanse us from sin, but He also died to "bring
deliverance to the captives" Luke 4:18. If you are saved, but still living in sin, you haven't accepted the "deliverance" that Jesus brought to the world.
The Word of God says,
"There
is no temptation that has taken you, but such as is common to man, but
God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above what you
are able, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that
you may be able to bear it" 1 Corinthians 10:13.
This is the promise of God. To deny it, is to call God a liar.
Getting back to the trees; what kind of tree are you? God said to keep the covenant, "unless there should be among you a root that bears gall and wormwood," Deuteronomy 29:18 (a diseased tree).
In verse 19, He went on to say,
"And
it come to pass, when he hears the words of this curse, that he blesses
himself in his heart, saying, 'I will have peace, though I walk in the
imagination of my heart,' to add drunkenness to thirst."
This
man is lying to himself. He wants to go his own way, do his own will,
enjoy sin, but say to himself, "I will have peace." Aren't many people
doing the same thing today? Will it work because Christ died for our
sins? Let's look at the Word of God for the answer. The Bible says,
"If we sin willfully, after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice" Hebrews 10:26.
In other words, Jesus died to cover our past and the present sin, but not future sins. The Bible says, "My little children (he is speaking to Christians), these things I write to you, that you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous" 1 John 2:1.
Jesus said to the church at Ephesus, "Remember therefore from whence you have fallen and repent, and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your candlestick out of his place, except you repent" Revelation 2:5.
If you examine the 2nd chapter of Revelation closely, you can see that the church at Ephesus "left their first love" and Jesus is warning them to repent. So much for the doctrine of a "one time repentance."
The Word tells us further,
"He
who despised Moses's law died without mercy under two or three
witnesses, of how much sorer punishment do you suppose he shall be
worthy to receive, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has
counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing and has done despite to the Spirit of grace?" Hebrews 10:28-29.
Does
this mean a Christian never sins again after receiving salvation? Not
at all, but there is a difference between falling, repenting and
carrying on the good fight of faith; and willfully remaining in sin
after the Lord has saved us and called us out of sin's bondage. There
is a difference.
I just learned today that the eucalyptus
(cypellocarpa) tree is the most fire tolerant tree there is. A fire can
come along, burn it black and turn it into a black stick, but the roots
of that particular tree store energy to aid in recovery and regrowth
after a fire. In fact, the roots shoot energy up through the entire
black stick, of what remains of the eucalyptus tree, and you can see
leaves growing out of the black stick, from the trunk to the very top.
It's truly amazing that there is still such life inside that dead stick
of wood, but there is energy way down into the root of it!
Eucalyptus ravaged by fire, yet growing green leaves out of the blackened trunks.
These
trees do extremely well in gullies and near rivers. How can we endure
as the eucalyptus? We need to stay very close to the river of life.
The river of life flows from God and it is a life-giving stream. The
closer you are to the river, the greater your endurance.
The
problem with many people starting out for God today is that they have a
desire to be a Christian, but they aren't very interested in staying
close enough to the life-giving stream in order to endure the fiery
trials of this life. God has made a way for our endurance, if we only
take it.
"Blessed
is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in
the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. His
delight is in the law of the Lord and he meditates day and night in His
law. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, which brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf will not whither and whatever he does will prosper" Psalms 1:1-3.
Jesus said, "Now
the ax is laid to the root of the trees, therefore, every tree which
does not bring forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire"
Matthew 3:10.
Are you prepared to stand before the Lord in
judgment? Are you living the life of a Christian (one who follows
Christ), or the life of one who "says the name of Christ?" There is a
difference. Jesus also said, "This people draws near to me with their mouth and honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me" Matthew 15:8.
Jesus said, "The
Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him who hears say, Come. And
let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the
water of life freely" Revelation 22:17.
The water of
life issues forth from the Word of God. Delight yourself in His Word.
Study it, feast upon it, refresh yourself daily and come to know the
Truth, the Peace, and the Giver of Life. "Delight yourself in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart" Psalm 37:4. God bless you.

US Christian Pastor Saeed Abedini
A 32-year-old American Christian pastor, Saeed Abedini, imprisoned in Iran since September 2012, will appear before a judge notorious for handing down long prison terms and death sentences, according to the Christian nonprofit law firm, American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ).
Abbas Pir-Abbasi is known as a "hanging judge" in Iran. He has been known to hand down death sentences even to protesters. Abbasi has had travel bans and sanctions placed against him by the European Union in 2011 because of human rights abuses.
Abedini was imprisoned in Iran for aiding the start-up of a Christian church. Christians have especially been targeted in Iran under Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's presidency. The Iranian government considers Christians a "national threat" for converting Muslims to Christianity. Abedini has, in fact, been charged "for acting against the national security of Iran," reported Huffington Post.
ACLJ represents Abedini's family in the US and has a petition on its website urging the US government to take action on Abedini's behalf and call for his immediate release.
The US State Department said it was in contact with Abedini and that they have "serious concerns," but they stopped short of calling for his release. "Serious concerns" is not enough, as Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel for ACLJ, said.
Why wouldn't the State Department call for this American citizen's release, as he faces a "hanging judge," who has been sanctioned and prohibited from traveling because of his human rights abuses? This is outrageous and this administration is criminally negligent for not doing so, and is aiding and abetting human rights abuses against our US citizen for not doing so!
If a Muslim US citizen was imprisoned in a Christian country for simply being a Muslim, Obama's administration would be on the phone asking for his immediate release! You can count on that.
Jesus said, "They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time will come that whoever kills you will think he does God a service" John 16:2.

Christians are being persecuted and killed in China, North Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Africa, the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Laos, Brunei and throughout the Middle Eastern nations. We are living in the last days that Jesus spoke to his disciples about. His Words were written, so we would know when "the time is near, even at the doors" Matthew 24:33.

A
major 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit the Pacific-Antarctic ridge on Tuesday,
January 15, 2013 at 16:09:36 UTC, at a depth of 10 km (6.2 mi).
Jesus said these
signs would appear before He returns, "Nation
will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be
famines, pestilences and earthquakes in divers places" Matthew 24:7.
Although
the frequency of earthquakes has increased exponentially over the last
several years, the United States Geographical Survey (USGS) frequently
and consistently does not include many high magnitude earthquakes in
their "significant" quake filtering. I am unable to find high magnitude
quakes on a regular basis at USGS, which other sites report.
The real and drastic increases in the
frequency and magnitude of earthquakes are deliberately being withheld
from US citizens. It is becoming more and more difficult to find truth
in news media, especially if it involves news that will "disturb the
sleepy slumber" of this nation!
The Word of God says,
"When they say, 'Peace and safety,' then sudden destruction will come
upon them, as travail upon a woman with child, and they (the wicked)
shall not escape" 1 Thessalonians 5:3.
Jesus also said, "Blessed are those servants whom the Master, when He comes, will find watching" Luke 12:37.

Five days ago, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that 18 children died in the US so far this year of the flu. They also said, this is expected to be one of the worst flu outbreaks in 10 years.
According to New York Daily News, there have already been 15,000 flu cases reported this season.
You
might have noticed how the CDC tossed in "Prevention" at the end of the
name. They, as well as major news media outlets, are really pushing immunizations like I've never seen before.
Nevertheless,
there are many sources (including Dr. Rima Laibow, who fled to Panama
after she was told the population would be culled with the use of
immunizations) which reveal that top government officials and the United
Nations are taking steps to decrease the world's population - murder
people - to put it quite frankly.
Jesus said, "Nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in divers places" Matthew 24:7.
Jesus also said,
"Then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning
of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be" Matthew 24:21.
If
the great tribulation is going to come upon the earth such "as was not
since the beginning of the world, or ever shall be," that means the
tribulation to come will exceed the horrors of the holocaust.
You
have to believe one of two things and that is, either Jesus lied to us,
or what I just wrote above about the great tribulation is absolutely
true. You can believe what you want to believe, until it is too late,
but I will stick with what Jesus said. God's Word is true; hundreds of
Bible prophecies have been fulfilled to date, and the remaining
prophecies of the Bible will be fulfilled, if there is a God in heaven -
and there is.
Are you prepared to stand before God in judgment? The Word of God says, "It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment" Hebrews 9:27.
John the Revelator wrote, "I
saw the dead, *small and great, stand before God and the books were
opened, and another book was opened, which is the book of life. The
dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books,
according to their works" Revelation 20:12.
* Children all go to heaven when they die. The reference to "small and
great" in this scripture alludes to those who are considered small, or
esteemed great in this world; he was not referring to children and
adults.
We have only one opportunity to receive Jesus as our
Savior, or reject Him. The opportunity is given in this life only;
there are no more chances to receive redemption after this life. The
scripture is clear on that matter.

During
an interview with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America last year,
President Obama said, speaking about his daughters Malia and Sasha, "I
have men with guns that surround them -- often."
President Obama also just signed a bill that will give him armed protection for life, costing you and me millions of dollars.
Nevertheless,
after the Sandy Hook massacre, he assigned Vice President Joe Biden the
task of disarming the American people. In other words, he and his
daughters are important, but he could care less if you have protection
for your children.
Instead of placing armed guards at every
school, with all of the school shootings and deaths of so many children
in recent years, he is interested in seeing that our children don't have
adequate protection against such maniacs. His daughters, on the other
hand, will have armed protection most of the time.
Jesus said to His apostles, as He knew the Romans would invade Israel,
"Then
He said to them, 'He who has a purse, let him take it and likewise his
script, and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one"
Luke 22:36.
Those who laid their lives down for Christ
did it voluntarily. Jesus never told the disciples they had to lay down
and watch their families and children be slaughtered without trying to
defend them. It is our Second Amendment Constitutional right to bear
arms and defend our families and children. Those who want to take such
rights away from the people have no good intention in mind.
Hitler
disarmed the Jews before he had six million of them rounded up and
slaughtered in death camps; actually, there were five million others who
went down with them, including dissenting Christians, Jehovah's
Witnesses, Masons, the impoverished and homosexuals, so we are really
talking about 11 million annihilated in this generation by those
governing a "civilized" nation.
By the way, Hitler preached "redistribution of wealth" to the masses. That concept sounds familiar.
"The
vile person will speak villany and his heart will work iniquity, to
practice hypocrisy and to utter error against the Lord, to make empty
the soul of the hungry and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to
fail" Isaiah 32:6.
"What is the hope of the hypocrite, though he has gained, when God takes away His soul?" Job 27:8
In
case you missed it, during his 2008 campaign, Obama, making reference
to some Old Testament scriptures and slavery, made fun of the Bible. He
attended a "Christian" church for about 20 years, but that was a

if you follow this link, you will understand what type of "preacher"
Jeremiah Wright was. This link will lead you to just one of his ranting
messages against capitalism and that God should "damn America!" He
preached against the evil of slavery, which is right; slavery was one of
the worst evils ever perpetrated in America and abroad. How much time
should a minister spend in the pulpit ranting about discrimination, when
in fact, even black people in Africa participated in the slavery trade
for the sake of filthy money. This is true, you can look it up. He
never mentions one time in any of his sermons that there were
God-fearing white people who gave their lives in battle to help free men
from slavery. If you listen to his ranting, you will hear about how
much he hates white people and America, which is also evil. This is the
ranting Barack Obama sat under for about 20 years. It is tragic that
our first black president was selected for the purpose of bringing
America down, as the elite "shadow governments" work on their agenda to
enslave and control the world.
The wicked believe they are
prospering and their hypocrisies will not be noticed, but God sees and
judgment is soon coming upon this world, a world that is reeling with
evil, the unmerciful and deceitful. Judgment will come when they least
expect it,
"For
when they shall say, Peace and Safety, then sudden destruction will
come upon them, as travail upon a woman with child, and they shall not
escape"1 Thessalonians 5:3.
Are you prepared for the
judgment of the Lord soon to fall upon the whole world? All things have
been written beforehand in the Word of God and not one prophecy has
failed, or ever will fail.
The Bible tells us that a world
dictator will arrive in the last days, the Antichrist, who will even
tell people whether or not they will be allowed to buy or sell,
"He
causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, bond and free, to
receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads, that no man
may buy or sell, except he who has the mark, or the name of the beast,
or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has
understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a
man, and his number is six hundred, sixty-six" Revelation 13:16-18.

I am going to share key excerpts from an urgent memo I received from Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel of American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ):
The
United Nations has violated its own rules, breaking international law,
to recognize the Palestinian Authority (P.A.) as a state.
They
have granted the P.A. "non-member observer state" status -- but all the
qualifiers are meaningless compared to the key term: "STATE."
The
United Nations' (UN) own charter bans terrorists from being members -
yet they have now violated their charter and international law by voting
to recognize the Palestinian Authority as a "non-member observer
state."
The PA's government includes Hamas, an officially
designated terrorist organization committed to destroying Israel. *
Hamas praised Osama bin Laden as a hero, a "holy warrior," and rebuked
the US for eliminating him. * Hamas is committed to the annihilation of
the Jews. * Hamas has fired countless rockets into Israel and last
year shot a missile into an Israeli school bus.
The United States funds the UN (more than $4 billion a year), which has now welcomed and recognized the terror-partnered PA.
We
must stop the use of American taxpayer dollars to fund UN agencies that
recognize the PA and its Hamas terrorist group partners.
The
UN vote also called for Israel's eternal capital, Jerusalem, to be
divided -- half of the city to be given to the terrorists -- and for
Israel to surrender the Golan Heights.

Commentary: The United Nations has
issued a statement of "legitimacy" to these Muslim terrorists, who are
in no way interested in peace with Israel. The PA has stated many, many
times that their objective is to destroy, annihilate Israel!
The
UN Islamic member nations and the supporters of Islamic nations, such
as Russia, simply outnumber member nations who do not support Islamic terrorists, or their agendas. Since the UN has so many nations who
support terrorism, or who are neutral, the United States has no business
even being a member of such an organization.
The UN supports
the division of Jerusalem, which event has been recorded in Bible
prophecy. The prophet Joel wrote this Word of the Lord,
"For,
behold, in those days and in that time when I shall bring again the
captivity of Judah and Jerusalem (when God shall bring those who have
been taken captive from Judah and Jerusalem back to their land), I will
also gather all nations and will bring them down into the valley of
Jehoshaphat and will plead with them there for My people and for My
heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations and parted My land" Joel 3:1-2. Also see Zechariah 14:2-3.
Joel
prophesied the Word of the Lord, saying that God would bring the
captives of Judah and Jerusalem again to their land, which took place
officially on May 14, 1948, when Israel was restored as a nation for the
Jews. This restoration of Israel not only fulfilled Joel 3:1, but
numerous other prophecies in the Bible stating that Israel's captivity
would end and they would return to their land.
In Joel 3:2, the
Lord says that once Israel has been restored, He will bring all nations
to the valley of Jehoshaphat and will "plead with them for His people,"
who were scattered among the nations. The fulfillment of this prophecy
is formulating right now. All of the Middle Eastern nations are
predominantly Muslim and vehemently against Israel and most of the
nations are trying to figure out ways to annihilate Israel. This
formulation of nations against Israel is the fulfillment of Joel 3:2,
but it has not quite come to fruition yet. The Lord will return to
contend with the nations that will one day soon gather in the valley of
Jehoshaphat to wage war with Israel, but the Lord will defeat those
nations (Ezekiel 38 and Zechariah 14).
It is interesting to note that these prophecies and many others
regarding Israel in the last days, could not have been fulfilled until after May 14, 1948, when Israel became a nation once again!
The most exciting news yet is that the saints of God will be "caught up" (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18) into heaven seven years before the culmination of this great battle, because the Word of God says that we will return with the Lord to fight that battle (Revelation 19:11-14). Since the nations are forming against Israel now, the children of God could be caught up at any moment!

Christians burned alive by Muslims in Nigeria
The
number of persecuted Christians vastly rose in Africa during 2012,
according to Open Doors, a Christian organization that publicizes a list
of nations where Christians are most persecuted.
With the
burning of hundreds of Christian churches throughout Africa, as well as
thousands of Christians burned alive inside them, and the killing of
Christians by the Muslim group Boko Haram and other Muslim groups,
African nations have increased persecutions in 2012, more than any other
nation.
The Open Doors "World Watch List" of nations who
persecute Christians included Mali as #7 on the list for 2012, whereas
Mali wasn't even on the list during the previous year, reported
Huffington Post.
North Korea has been #1 on this list for the past 11 years and is followed by Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iraq and Somalia.
As
many as 70,000 Christians are imprisoned in North Korea for simply
being a Christian. The primary religion there is to worship their
political leaders from the Kim family. When Kim II-song died on July 8,
1994, citizens were openly arrested for not crying at the country's
massive wake, reported Voice of the Martyrs. Children in North Korea
are taught that their leader is their "god." North Koreans can be
killed for carrying a Bible. After his death, Kim II-song was declared
their "Eternal President," although his son, Kim Jong-un, took over the
dictatorship after him. North Korea has the lowest human rights ranking
of any country in the world. As many as 3.5 million people died from
famine in North Korea from 1994 - 1998. Today, roughly 10 million are
malnourished and thousands eat only grass and bark in North Korea. The
infant mortality rate is just over 51 percent!
Why are these
countries, such as Asia and Africa, so afflicted with famine and death?
For one thing, when a nation persecutes God's people, His wrath is
kindled against that nation.
"The Lord your God will put all these curses on your enemies and on those who hate you, who persecuted you" Deuteronomy 30:7.
Yes,
God was speaking to Israel in this Old Testamant passage, but His Word
also applies to Christians today. The Apostle Paul wrote that we are
"grafted into the olive tree," referring to Israel as an "olive tree" (Romans 11:17). All of the promises given to Israel are also applied to us; we have become "joint heirs with Christ," our Jewish Messiah (Romans 8:17). Please note that Paul made no reference to Christians replacing Israel, we became joint heirs with Israel. We are also the children of God through the blood sacrifice of Jesus, through His death on the cross for our sins.
Jesus said, "Nation
will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be
famines, pestilences and earthquakes in divers places" Matthew 24:7. He also said, "They
will deliver you up to be afflicted and they shall kill you and you
shall be hated of all nations for My name's sake" Matthew 24:9.
We
are seeing all of these things happen now. When an American president
stands up and announces that "We are not a Christian nation," as Obama
did during his speech in Turkey in 2009, you have to know that our
country is going down hill fast.

Representative Jose Serrano (NY-D), author of H.J. Res 15
Didn't many of us see this coming? Representative Jose Serrano (NY-D) presented a bill to Congress last week that would eliminate presidential term limits.
The 22nd Amendment states, "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once."
Then again, our current president says emphatically that "the Constitution needs to be rewritten."
Since Clinton was president in 1997, Serrano has tried to do away with the 22nd Amendment, and a number of other Democrats have presented similar bills. These Socialists are tirelessly trying to turn America into a dictatorship and they won't give up.
Because all other attempts have failed, it doesn't mean this one will. With the stacks of Executive Orders flying off of Obama's desk, granting Obama and his rouge administration dictatorial powers, it may be just a technicality to pass such a bill as this in any event.
The Word of God tells us that the Antichrist will rule the world before the Lord's return and that 10 kings will give up their power to him (Revelation 17:12-13). In order for these 10 kings to give their power and strength to the Antichrist, they themselves must have dictatorial powers to relinquish. It seems fitting to say that there will be no democracies left in the world, with the exception of Israel, which is most likely one reason why all nations will fight against Jerusalem in the last days (Zechariah 14:2).
America is one of the few democracies left in the world, but that is quickly fading into the sunset. With the Democratic liberals and Socialist dictator-wannabe Obama at the helm, and the Republicans playing their superficial role on the political stage, we are surging towards a Socialist Republic, full speed ahead.
The good news is that the elect of God will be caught up before the great tribulation falls upon the wicked, "Wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, who delivered us from the wrath to come" 1 Thessalonians 1:10.

We have your money and you can't have it!
Bank
of America has reportedly frozen the account of gun manufacturer
American Spirit Arms, according to its owner, Joe Sirochman, reported
CNSNews.com.
In his Facebook post dated December 29, 2012, Sirochman wrote:
My
name is Joe Sirochman owner of American Spirit Arms...our Web site
orders have jumped 500 percent causing our Web site e-commerce
processing larger deposits to Bank of America. So they decided to hold
the deposits for further review. After countless hours on the phone
with Bank of America, I finally got a manager in the right department
that told me the reason that the deposits were on hold for further
review -- her exact words were -- "We believe you should not be selling
guns and parts on the internet."
Sirochman also wrote that he
told the manager that "they do not have the right to make up their own
new rules and regs" and that American Spirit manufactures firearms with a
proper license. He said he had been doing business with Bank of
America for more than 10 years, but will now look for a new bank.
Unlawful
News reported this isn't the first time Bank of America has targeted a
client in the firearms business. Bank of America informed McMillan
Group International, their client of 12 years, that their business was
no longer welcome once they started manufacturing firearms.
I'm
not at all surprised. I opened a savings account at Bank of America
when I was about six years old through a program at school. I took my
bankbook into Bank of America 12 years later and I was told that my
account was inactive for too long, so they refused to give me my money,
or pay me the interest owed to me over the course of 12 years!
Bank
of America is tied in with those who are actually running this nation,
and the world, with their financial leverage. They all appear to be
just waiting for our 2nd Amendment rights to be overthrown and all
firearms confiscated. I don't believe the bank would venture something
as bold as this illegal freeze on the American Spirit Arms account
without some political backing. This activity has the stench of a
Socialist dictatorship already!
The Nazis confiscated guns
before they rounded up millions and put them into concentration camps,
then gas chambers, and then crematorium ovens! The Germans were not the
first, and since history consistently repeats itself, it seems certain
they won't be the last to confiscate firearms, then effect genocide.
According
to the World Health Organization (WHO), the world is about 86 percent
overpopulated (and they have plans in motion to do something about it).
While the American people are armed to the teeth, that task, or any
other of their outrageous plans for us, places a "wrench in their machine."
For
those Christians who are still not convinced, I would like to pose this
question, Do you honestly believe that the Antichrist will come into
power, as the Word of God tells us he will (2 Thessalonians 2:3, Revelation 13:6-8),
and allow any of the world's citizens to bear arms? The Antichrist
will control who can buy or sell and he will force everyone to receive a
mark in their right hand or forehead (Revelation 13:16-18). With that much dictatorial control, do you really believe anyone will be allowed to own guns? Don't be deceived. All real human
rights will be taken away from the populations of the world and this is
what the leaders of the remaining democracies are working on right now,
except Israel.
No doubt, this is exactly one of the reasons
why Obama just appointed Chuck Hagel to head the Pentagon. Hagel is
notoriously hostile toward Israel, but soft on issues concerning Iran
(Obama has to love this guy!). Hagel voted against economic sanctions on Tehran because of their nuclear threat, not only to Israel, but to America!
The
world "powers that be" do not want us to defend ourselves against
thieves, terrorists, murderers and especially not them! Nevertheless,
top officials all around the world, including Obama, wouldn't walk out
of their front doors without armed security and their own concealed
weapons. They believe they have the right and privilege to defend
themselves and their families, but since you and I are dispensable and
of no concern, they don't want us to have the same rights.
Unless the world is free of violent criminals, everyone should be able
to defend themselves. We have a God-given, constitutional right to
defend ourselves and our families, just as much as top government
officials do. Some Christians do not agree. What, then, do you think
about what Jesus said to His apostles? "...He who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one" Luke 22:36.
Jesus
knew the Romans would invade Israel and He encouraged them to prepare.
He never asked anyone to be a martyr, or worse yet, watch their
families being slaughtered.
Nazi doctors performed hideous, excruciatingly painful experiments, not only on adults, but CHILDREN!
One of their experiments was to determine pain tolerance levels. The
infamous Dr. Mengele sewed twins together, back to back. Their parents
smothered them to death when they returned to the camp to end their
suffering! He injected dye into their eyes to determine if he could
change the color of their eyes! By the way, the United States secretly
brought some Nazi physicians and scientists to the United States in
order to gain knowledge from their experiments, "Operation Paperclip!" Look it up.
It's
all coming down the pike very quickly, folks. There are things going
on in this nation and the world that would send people running to hide
in caves, unless they know how to rely on God and His promise to "never
leave us or forsake us" (Hebrews 13:5).
