King Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, according to God Himself (1 Kings 3:10-13), said these words,
"In much wisdom is much grief, and he who increases knowledge increases sorrow" Ecclesiastes 1:18.
Why
do you suppose the wisest man would say such things? King Solomon's
other writings provide some insight as to why he made these statements.
In Ecclesiastes 2,
Solomon wrote about all of the riches he had, the buildings he created,
the vineyards, pools and many pleasures he surrounded himself with.
Solomon was not only the wisest man who ever lived, but God endowed him
with the greatest riches of any king in his day; because when God asked
Solomon what He could give him, instead of asking for wealth, Solomon
asked God for the wisdom to rule His people Israel. Therefore, God was
pleased and He gave him both wisdom and riches.
After assessing all of his wealth and accomplishments, Solomon made this declaration,
"Then
I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought and on the labor
that I had labored to do and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of
spirit, and there was no profit under the sun" Ecclesiastes 2:11.
Why
did King Solomon say these things? Don't most people believe that to
accomplish great feats and gather great wealth is the ultimate thing,
the greatest prize in life? Solomon knew better and God had given him
the wisdom and knowledge to know ultimate truth.
The ultimate
truth, happiness and peace in life is found in the New Testament
writings. Jesus, the giver of life and peace, said this,
"Lay
not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust does
corrupt and where thieves break through and steal, but lay up for
yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust corrupts and
where thieves do not break through nor steal" Matthew 6:19-20.
He also said,
"Let
not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In
my Father's house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have
told you. I go to prepare a place for you, and if I go to prepare a
place for you, I will come again and receive you unto Myself, that where
I am, there you may be also. Peace I leave with you, My peace I give
unto you, not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be
troubled, neither let it be afraid" John 14:1-3,26-27.
I have been through some "tight" situations during my lifetime, but in every fearful and turbulent event, I have always been able to "lift up my eyes to the hills, from whence cometh my help" (Psalm 121:1).
"The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is
the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?" Psalm 27:1. "God is
our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" Psalm 46:1.

The apostle Paul wrote,
"Let
us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain
mercy, and find grace to help in the time of need" Hebrews 4:16.
From the Old Testament to the New, the path to peace is always through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
In Solomon's day, the Savior was an expectation to come, but in our generation, we know that the Son of God has already come.
Finally,
we may be able to understand Solomon's summation that wisdom is
grievous and knowledge brings sorrow, as we contemplate the Words of
Jesus,
"Enter
in at the straight gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that
leads to destruction, and many there are which go in thereat; because
straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leads unto life and few
there be who find it" Matthew 7:13-14.
The grief and
sorrow is knowing that eternity lasts a very long time, but only few
people will enter the unspeakable joy of heaven, while the vast majority
will receive everlasting punishment for rejecting the sacrifice of
God's Son, His precious blood spilled for you and me.
Jesus
spoke to a rich young man one day, who asked Him, "What good thing can I
do to gain eternal life?" Jesus said to him, "Sell what you have and
give to the poor and you will have treasures in heaven." Then Jesus gave
him the opportunity to come with Him, saying, "come and follow Me." The
rich young man went away sorrowful, "for he had great possessions (Matthew 19:21-22)."
Wow!
An opportunity to walk with God in the flesh, but he clutched onto his
fleeting riches instead. Do you suppose that young man took all of his
wealth to the grave with him? How long, compared to ETERNITY, do you
suppose he was able to enjoy his massive wealth? Hummm, compared to eternity...I
would say less than a second! To sum it up, he gave up eternal riches
in heaven for the enjoyment of this world's wealth for less than a
second!
Are you tired, weary and possibly feeling without hope? Money can't buy real peace.
Jesus
died for the sins of all mankind, so we can "come boldly before the
throne of grace, repent in the name of Jesus, and receive forgiveness of
all of our sins!" Now that brings true peace.

96 major (6.0+) earthquakes hit various
places over the last 168 days. Among these were 13 7.0+ and 2 8.1+ magnitude quakes!

Jesus said, "Great earthquakes
shall be in diverse places, famines and pestilences and there shall be

Jesus said these
signs would appear before He returns, "Nation
will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be
famines, pestilences and earthquakes in diverse places" Matthew 24:7.
Jesus also said, "Blessed are those servants whom the Master, when He comes, will find watching" Luke 12:37.

Statements issued by Obama and his administration about the Zimmerman verdict have made headlines all over the nation.
According
to the information publicized about the case, it certainly appears
Zimmerman is guilty of causing the death of Trayvon Martin. He pursued
the boy, armed. The 911 responder told Zimmerman not to follow Trayvon
Martin, but to wait for police.
How often have we felt certain
someone is culpable or guilty, but juries let them off? Certainly, we
haven't forgotten the Casey Anthony case? How about the legendary OJ
Simpson case?
Did we hear the Obama administration say anything
at all when Anthony was acquitted? No, but the fact that she walked was
an outrage to most.
Very recently, a man was shot 16 times by
officers while he was lying in his bed! He was innocent. The officers
had already arrested the man they were looking for, prior to entering
the innocent man's room to bother him, while he was sleeping in his bed.
The officers went into his room, hoping to find something incriminating
in his room, so they could revoke the probation of the other man living
at the house. Since the officers busted in on the poor fellow, while he
was sleeping, of course he was startled and moved, so the officers
emptied their guns on him! Not just one or two shots to disable him, but
they filled him with bullets - to the point he should have been dead 16
times!
Did we hear Obama, or anyone from the Department of
Justice, or Hillary Clinton, say one word about that atrocity? Nooo! Why
do you suppose? Certainly that case isn't going to do anything for
their plan to confiscate weapons from the citizens of the United States.
Actually, it would rather incite people to stockpile weapons in order
to protect themselves from armed government forces. No, Obama and his
administration do not want to say one measly word about that case.
Zimmerman,
however, got away with shooting a black boy, amidst so many other
atrocious people walking out of courtrooms free today, but the Obama
administration focuses intently on that case.
While Obama
initially called for "calm reflection," he quickly added, "We should ask
ourselves if we're doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence
that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis."
Now
this would have been an excellent time to throw some comments in there
about a poor man sleeping in bed and getting shot 16 times, wouldn't you
think? Well, no. Since government officials were the ones who emptied
their guns into him, Obama didn't touch that case at all.
Obama
had spoken, so then Eric Holder went behind the public podium to promise
that the US Justice Department will consider whether to pursue criminal
civil rights charges against George Zimmerman for the death of Trayvon
Martin.
Holder had spoken, so then Hillary Clinton gets behind
the public podium on Tuesday, to say she knew this week has brought
"heartache, deep painful heartache" to the families in the wake of the
"not guilty verdict" in George Zimmerman's trial.
Now that Obama
and his administration have all spoken, the news media is filled with
brutality and civil unrest over the trial verdict:
Group of blacks beat Hispanic man..."This is for Trayvon"
White jogger beaten
Protesters storm Wal-Mart
Business graffitied with "Kill Zimmerman" and set afire
Reporter and photographer attacked during protests
The
list goes on. The Obama administration has said publicly, time and time
again, "Why waste a crisis?" Key Obama administration officials
including Hillary Clinton and Rhom Emmanuel have said, "Why waste a
crisis?" They are admittedly looking for crises, so they can effect the
laws they plan to implement.
The Obama administration, including
Nancy Pelosi, literally egged on Wall Street protesters in 2011, to the
point that hundreds of protesters were maced and arrested. They didn't
quite instigate them enough to incite them to extreme violence that
time, as we see in many other countries.
They are looking to
take the guns away from US citizens any way they can do it. This has to
be done before they can proceed further with their Socialist NWO agenda.
Hitler took away the firearms from Jews - peacefully, before they were
rounded up and taken to concentration camps. Millions were ultimately
killed.

is very real, folks. God wasn't kidding when he gave John the Revelator
the end time prophecies of the Book of Revelation, which foretells the
greatest tribulation ever known to man. There are some key scriptures
that I quote often, because they are so telling with regards to the NWO
and where we are headed.
Jesus said,
"For
then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of
the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be" Matthew 24:21. This means the holocaust will pale in comparison!
John wrote the following prophecy in the Book of Revelation,
"And
he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to
receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads, that no man
might buy or sell, save he who had the mark, the name of the beast
(antichrist), or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has
understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a
man, and his number is six hundred, sixty-six" Revelation 13:16-18.
This
civil unrest may not bring about the pivotal crisis the elite are
looking for to commence their New World Order and martial law, but it
will most certainly come. How do I know that? The Word of God tells us
that those who do not receive the mark of the beast will be beheaded (Revelation 20:4) and I have never seen people voluntarily line up to get killed, have you?

Washington:
A King County Sheriff's Deputy and a Department of Corrections Officer
went to the home of Dustin Theoharis in February 2013, to serve a search
warrant. Theoharis was not the man they were looking for, but when "it
appeared he was reaching for something," they shot Theoharis 16 times!
The good news is, he lived to tell about it.
DOC
Specialist Kris Rongen and Sheriff's Detective Aaron Thompson arrested
the man they were actually looking for at the residence, Nicholas
Harrison. The officers learned Theoharis was in bed in another room of
the house and they decided they could revoke Harrison's probation if
this other resident possessed a gun, so they went into his darkened room
(in the evening) while Theoharis was sleeping.
The officers
said they announced who they were, but that Theoharis did not obey their
orders and appeared to be reaching for a gun between his mattress and
box spring, so they emptied their guns on him.
The single bullet
that shattered Theoharis's face was enough to disable him, but the
officers just kept right on shooting until they had no more bullets,
apparently.
During the investigation after the shooting, no gun
was found in Theoharis's room. His near dead body was lying on top of a
flashlight, however. It appears Mr. Theoharis was most likely reaching
for his flashlight, so he could try to identify the two strangers who
had just burst into his dark room while he was asleep in his bed.
King
County officials issued a statement saying the shooting was justified,
but they have also offered to give Theoharis $3 million dollars. How
interesting.
Theoharis just underwent his 12th surgery to
reconstruct his jaw, which was shattered to pieces by just one of the
bullets. Lawyers for Theoharis said they are filing a $20 million dollar
law suit against the Department of Corrections.
"Without a
warrant, you shoot an unarmed man while he's in his bed 16 times," said
Eric Heipt, one of Theoharis's attorneys. "I don't know how you could
possibly conclude that to be a justified shooting."
Why should
Mr. Theoharis just assume these men, who suddenly burst into his room
for no good reason, in the dark of night, are who they said they are?
Besides that, criminals have claimed to be the police and have used that ruse to kill people. That's nothing new.
Heipt and his colleagues should probably shoot for $50 million; perhaps
the police departments and the Department of Corrections would think
twice before giving their officers militarized training - like to kill
people. There is a lot of this type police behavior going on of late and
it is very alarming, but there is a reason...
The Department of
Homeland Security (DHS) has been providing police agencies with
militarized training. Local police are undergoing aggressive training
with federal agents, they are being issued more powerful assault rifles
and they are being taught how to use drones.
Police should have
weapons which outweigh those held by criminals, no question, but the
type of training they are receiving is inappropriate for police
officers, or anyone else for that matter. For instance, they use civilian targets
for target practice, such as life-sized photos of children in a
playground with a gun pointed. Another target shows a pregnant woman
pointing a gun. Why should police be training with such targets? There
is only one answer, and that would be to desensitize them and train them to shoot civilians without thinking twice about it, even children, apparently.
The DHS paid $2 million dollars for civilian targets.
Theoharis
isn't the only innocent man police have shot in recent months; the
shootings and beatings are all over the news lately.
It isn't
obvious to most people yet, but we are in a Police State. When disasters
like Katrina bring armed military forces breaking into private homes,
taking all weapons, which are the residents only defense from criminals;
we have a POLICE STATE, in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act of June
18, 1878. Section 15 of such act states:

and after the passage of this act, it shall not be lawful to employ any
part of the Army of the United States, as a posse comitatus, or
otherwise, for the purpose of executing laws, except in such cases and
under such circumstances as such employment of said force may be
expressly authorized by the Constitution or by act of Congress, and no
money appropriated by this act shall be used to pay any of the expenses
incurred in the employment of troops in violation of this section and
any person willfully violating the provisions of this section shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be
punished by fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars, or imprisonment not
exceeding two years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
This
law was enacted to prevent military forces from invading the homes of
the American people, or acts such as coup d'etat with the use of
military forces. As we can see with Katrina and other sudden
catastrophes, the military are not there to just assist, but they are
there to grab your guns when you actually need them the most.
Our
rogue president is actually "flexing his muscle" to determine what he
can get away with and, unfortunately, he is getting away with it, as did
George Bush ahead of him. They have an agenda which goes much further
than Katrina, which falls in line with the "great tribulation" period in
these last days.
"He

Obama
signed the National Defense Authorization Act on New Year's Eve,
December 31, 2011, which gives him the power to arrest and detain US
citizens indefinitely without trial or due process. This
bill violates our Constitutional rights - the rights our forefathers
died for. What this means is that such bills, and Obama has signed
others like this one, basically puts forth that our forefathers died for
nothing!
Most people don't realize it yet, but we have no
rights; they have been taken away by the graduating dictators who have
filled the presidential office over the last few decades. Little by
little, each one continues to erode the Constitution and Bill of Rights
to the point they no longer exist, basically. Those that remain
legislatively are often disregarded, with little objection from the
American puplic.
People aren't alarmed, because they aren't
seeing predominant abuses yet, but that will come suddenly and without
warning to those who aren't diligently watching. Pretribulation is here,
folks, most people just don't realize it yet.
Jesus said,
"For
then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of
the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be" Matthew 24:21.
Are

Dr. Sergio Canavero, an Italian neuroscientist, insists he can transplant a human head onto another body
Researchers
have been trying the procedure on animals for decades. In 1970, the
first head "linkage" was achieved in a monkey, reported Huffington Post.
The lack of "success" has been the inability to hook up the
head with the spinal cord. Canavero, with the Turin Advanced
Neuromodulation Group, says he can solve that problem. His new paper on
the procedure outlines the technology to reconnect the severed spinal
cord (project GEMINI).
The US News & World Report stated
that muscular dystrophy and quadriplegia patients could benefit from a
head transplant. Some bloggers on Reddit commented that they would be
willing to donate their heads!
Professor Robert White, with Case
Western Reserve University School of Medicine, transplanted the head of
one monkey onto the body of another in 1970, during which time Dr. White
claimed the procedure was a "partial success," in that the monkey lived
for a short time, even trying to attack the medical staff.
Animals
aren't stupid. I have a horse who wipes her hooves on the backdoor mat
and tries to open the door with her teeth, in her attempts to come into
the house in just the same manner I do; I'm telling the truth. Since
this hasn't worked, she has actually picked up the backyard broom with
her teeth and tried tapping on the back door to get my attention, when I
am late coming out with her oats in the morning. I believe the pitiful
monkey died of terror soon after the operation! Animals are not stupid,
and they are certainly not as stupid as some "highly educated" people.
This
type of experimentation is macabre, to say the least, and it is
incomprehensible that any fellow in his right mind would even try such a
procedure on a pitiful animal, much less a human being. The problem
here, driving men to insanity (for doing such outrageous things), is
their quest for immortality.
Men are willing to do just about
anything and everything imaginable in their attempt to achieve longevity
and immortality, because they do not accept what the Word of God has
laid out for man,
"It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment" Hebrews 9:27.
God pronounced,
"Behold,
all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the
son is mine. The soul which sins, it shall die" Ezekiel 18:4.
Despite
God's commandments, all men in this world have sinned, except the Son
of God, in whom dwelt God Himself, thus, all men have been given a death
sentence because of their sins. God does not lie and He does not go
back on His Word. Nevertheless, in his compassion, God sent His only Son
to this world in a body of human flesh to die for the sins of every one
of us, so we can have eternal life and dwell with Him forever.
Men
throughout the ages have not been satisfied with the sacrifice Jesus
made and they have rejected Him, as well as the plan of salvation that
He offered. Some have even made it their life's purpose to find
immortality, which they will not find, because eternal life is only
provided by God to those who receive His Son.
The March 16, 2013 Blog-News article Russian Offers Immortality to Billionaires outlines
how the quest for immortality is a very real and ongoing project. In
fact, it is part of the New World Order agenda for the elite.
That
doesn't bother me at all, because I know the Giver of life, Jesus
Christ, and I have immortality through Him already. I feel only pity for
those who have set themselves above God, His Word, His laws and His
plan for their lives, which includes eternal life; because they will
meet with eternal death, according to the Word of God, which is called
"the second death,"
"Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18);
on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God
and of Christ and shall reign with Him a thousand years" Revelation
20:6.
"And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death" Revelation 20:14.
"The
fearful and unbelieving, the abominable, murderers, whoremongers,
sorcerers, idolaters and liars shall have their part in the lake which
burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death" Revelation 21:8.

Ohio:
On July 3, 2013, a vehicle was swallowed by a giant sinkhole in Ohio. The driver, Pamela
Knox, miraculously survived the plunge and she climbed
out of the sinkhole on a ladder provided by authorities. The hole was
estimated to be at least 10 feet deep. On
November 28, 2012, a sinkhole opened up the size of four football
fields, over 30 feet deep, which collapsed part of highway 516 near
Dover, Ohio.
Below
are just a few reports on sinkholes I found today, but many more have
occurred throughout the world that are not listed here:
Illinois:
In March 2013, Mark Mihal suddenly fell 18 feet into a sinkhole while
golfing in Waterloo, IL. His friends at the golf course hoisted him out
with a sling created by one of his friends and a ladder provided by an
employee at the golf course.
Arizona: In February 2013, a
150-foot section of US Highway 89 buckled about 25 miles south of Page,
AZ, at the junction with State Route 98.
Florida: On February
28, 2013, a deep sinkhole literally swallowed 37-year-old Jeff Bush and
his bedroom furnishings, when it suddenly opened up under his bedroom in
his Tampa, Florida home. The sinkhole is about 20 feet wide by 50-60
feet deep (and still expanding) and is too dangerous for authorities to
try to recover the body of Mr. Bush. In fact, they have not been able to
locate his body in the deep hole. Nearby homes were also evacuated.
Pennsylvania: On December 31, 2012, a "super 50-foot sinkhole" opened up in Harrisburg, PA. There are 41 documented sinkholes in Harrisburg alone, but the city is too broke to fix them.
Louisiana:
In August 2012, a giant sinkhole was discovered in a Louisiana
community. Residents of Bayou Corne in Baton Rouge, LA, are living above
a 22-acre sinkhole. The sinkhole is emitting gases and it is turning
the area into an unstable wasteland. The Associated Press reported the
sinkhole is the result of a botched mining job inside the Napoleon Salt
Dome. The sinkhole also threatens to compromise nearby highway 70 and
authorities fear that gas emissions could cause explosions.
China:
On May 20, 2013, a 33-foot wide sinkhole swallowed five people in
Shenzhen, China. Rescuers were able to save one man from the horrific
cavern. On March 13, 2013, surveillance cameras captured the image of a
man being swallowed by a sinkhole, also in Shenzhen. On January 28,
2013, a giant sinkhole opened up, swallowing four buildings in
Guangzhou, China. The sinkhole measured approximately 1,000 by 3,200
feet wide and 30 feet deep. In December 2012, a
33-foot wide by 20-foot deep sinkhole opened up in a road in Shaanxi,
China. At least 20 giant pits opened up in a paddy field in Hunan
province since September 2012.
Poland: In December 2012, a 164-foot wide, 33-foot deep sinkhole opened up in southern Poland.
Guatemala:
In May 2010, a huge 60-foot wide, 30-story deep sinkhole opened up and swallowed a
three-story building, after tropical storm Agatha hit Guatemala City.
Venezuela: In recent years, sinkholes have opened up over 1,000 feet wide in Sarisarinama, Venezuela.
Florida
authorities report their sinkholes are common. In fact, they report
that they have a place called "sinkhole alley" in Florida, because
sinkholes have opened so much in that area. Yet, even the number of
sinkholes in Florida have increased dramatically in recent years. ABC
News reported that sinkhole claims in Florida have more than doubled
since 2006.
Geologists and government officials sometimes
provide a variety of reasons as to why sinkholes happen. Whatever the
reasons, they are happening and they are happening much more frequently,
as we draw closer to the Lord's return.
The number of sinkholes
opening up throughout the United States and the world has increased
exponentially. It is significant, in that the Word of God tells us there
will be "signs in the earth" in the last days,
"I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath; blood, fire and vapor of smoke" Acts 2:19.
Since
2010, there have been record-breaking fires throughout Europe, Africa,
Australia and the United States. An estimated 56,000 people died in the
hundreds of wildfires that plagued Russia alone in 2010.
As we
approach the Lord's return and sinkholes increase, I am reminded of the
wickness of Korah, Dathan and Abiram, how they spoke against the Lord
and Moses in the wilderness and the earth opened up and swallowed them
alive (Numbers 16:20-33). As wickedness abounds in the last days, I believe these events will likewise increase. The Word of God tells us,
"The
thing that has been, is that which shall be; and that which is done, is
that which shall be done; there is no new thing under the sun"
Ecclesiastes 1:9.
