Two tropical storms hit Mexico, leaving at least 34 dead as of
Monday.
Governor Javier Duarte said the death toll could rise as more
bodies are recovered.
Storms Ingrid and Manuel wreaked havoc along the Gulf of Mexico
and the Pacific coast of Mexico on Sunday and torrential rains continue today.
Cities and towns are flooded, causing mudslides and disabling
highways. Mexican officials reported they have not seen similar weather since
1958.
Colorado and Mexico are now experiencing epic storms, which have
continued throughout the world over the last several years. Jesus told us
concerning the latter days,
“Great earthquakes shall be in diverse places, famines and
pestilences, and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven”
Luke 21:11.
The prophet Isaiah wrote,
“Behold, the Lord has a mighty and strong one, which as a
tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters
overflowing, shall cast down to earth with the hand” Isaiah 28:2.
