Sergeant 1st Class Charles Martland was set to be kicked out of the Army for “straightening out” an Afghan pedophile commander, who chained up a boy and repeatedly raped him for days on an American base.

Martland, a decorated Green Beret, said he felt a “moral obligation to act.”

Obama repealed "Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell," allowing homosexuals to openly serve in the military effective September 20, 2011.

Obama then moved to allow transgenders to openly serve in the military earlier this year.
